Remove no movement video in Security Camera footage

I only use iMovie, but I want to remove security camera footage with no movement. (basically leaves only video with people in it). I know iMovie can't do this, but Is there an AI video editor that can do this, or other tips? I have checked online, but I can only find products that will remove people, I only want to remove the "dead" footage and for some reason am having a hard time finding something. My videos are up to 4 hours long and I would rather not watch it all and do the editing by hand. There has got to be an Ai that can do this.
